I've worked in IT for almost 15 years (99.9% in a Windows shop) and enjoy helping others. I give it my best guess trying to resolve issues but know when to turn to the experts for those odd problems that would otherwise take days to resolve. In my IT world, we are constantly being asked to do more with less, so I appreciate the help (in advance).
I'm also a VERY novice VB programmer (have been for a long time) and enjoy Kombucha tea brewing.
