While everyone knows that Google Chrome is an extremely popular web browser, in the past month, Google’s web browser has managed to attract quite a few new users.
In August, Chrome had a market share of 46.26 percent, up from the 45.24 percent it had
in July, as data from
StatCounter reveals.
Internet Explorer continues to drop in popularity, with its market share sitting at 20.31 percent in August, down from 21.39 percent compared to the previous month. Firefox continued to have pretty much the same fanbase, as the browser holds 17.5 percent market share, 0.02 percent under the July results.
