Getting SECOND_BOOT error for months now. Desperately need help!

Hey guys,

I just can't install Windows 2004 or 20H2 update. It just doesn't work.
Did try with uninstalled Norton Internet Security, have more than 20GB free space on C drive,
tried installing in Clean Boot State, run the Windows troubleshooter.....

I hope you can help me.
