Hello All,
I'm at wit's end here, so please bear with me. At the start of this month, I upgraded my Hyper-V host server to Windows 10 1903. I was not aware that Windows 10 had an arbitrary 10-day window to revert back to 1809 in case there are any issues. This is key as I was super smart and immediately went on a 10-day vacation.
As you can guess, immediately upon returning, I started to get BSODs on my host machine, occurring almost daily, always when I was away from the machine. I have yet to have a BSOD occur while actively using my machine.
Note that the issue never occurred with 1809 for nearly a year of use. I have done everything possible including installing 1903 from scratch, only installing the Hyper-V role, and configuring my guest VMs from completely new profiles. While it took a while, I landed into another BSOD which is why I am here now.
I have tried reaching out to a plethora of other resources, and none have been able to assist. Here is a list of posts for your review:

FWIW, the problem appears to be a 0x1CA: SYNTHETIC_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT:

While we know what the problem is, no one has been able to assist in recommending how to fix it.
I have attached the requested file. The app is awesome, btw... nice work with that. Assuming you just didn't rootkit my machine and have turned it into a mining rig for your new crypto sale.
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
