The operation completed successfully!
Am I good to try and update my system now or is there more steps to take?

Yes, please try to update and post the result, when it fails post also the latest CBS logs.

The update has been stuck at the "Installing - 94%" phase for just over a half hour at this point.
Is this normal or is this another issue?

Please be patient and don't force a reboot which may cause other issues... Just wait until it fails with an error or not!.

Alright, after an uncomfortably long wait specifically at the 94% point, my system has finally updated!
Thank you so much, no way in hell would I have been able to solve this issue without help.

You're welcome. Glad to hear the issue has been resolved - and sometimes you have to be very patient for the update process to complete successfully.. (y)
