Hello everyone. Lately i've been getting the BSOD about a clock interrupt on secondary processor. I believe it might be my cpu but I rather let the pros verify for sure before I take action. I built this rig and have had it for 4 years so far. I have had some BSOD before and I encounter there was some overheating so I corrected that and it was working fine and still runs fine now but when I game it seems the BSOD have been happening a little more often as of late even starting right as I turn on the PC and run the game. To answer the question on the post for info on my PC:

· OS - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista ? Windows 7
· x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? 64
· What was original installed OS on system? Not sure but had windows 7 the whole time on this PC
· Is the OS an OEM version (came pre-installed on system) or full retail version (YOU purchased it from retailer)? Its is OEM
· Age of system (hardware) 4 years
· Age of OS installation - have you re-installed the OS? I reinstalled the OS once when a piece on my ssd broke where my OS is installed. This piece kept the power cable from staying on the ssd so I RMAed it and got a new and reinstalled OS. This was about a years ago.

· CPU- 3820
· Video Card- HD 7970 AMD
· MotherBoard - (if NOT a laptop) Asus Sabretooth x79
· Power Supply - brand & wattage (if laptop, skip this one) Corsair 750w

· System Manufacturer - Windows
· Exact model number (if laptop, check label on bottom)

· Laptop or Desktop? Desktop

Hopefully I was able to follow the instructions well. If not please let me know so I can correct that. Again appreciate any help offered

Well, there is no Dump in your Zip-File, wondering what wonderful Software / Tool killed it?

searching through several 1000K lines of text isn't effective.

Ok so following the instructions for creating dump files to the best of my ability.... I went to crash and recovery settings and it was set to small dump. Changed it to kernel memory dump. Then went to page file settings and my PC wasn't allocating memory for a page file. Changed it to system manages so now it is allocating memory to page file.

Ran the Sysnative File Collection App again and attached results though, I'm not sure if I was suppose to wait till my PC BSOD'ed again before I run the program. Either way just letting you know. Thanks for the help.

Hi surge914,

That is correct, you will want to run the collection app again after your next crash, and then upload the file here for us to analyze.

Ok will do. Funny, I got BSOD right before I got the email there was a reply here. Missed my chance. I run at the app next time I get it.

Unfortunately it doesn't contain any dump files again. The next thing to do will be to follow the steps outlined in the Driver Verifier thread. If the issue you're experiencing is driver related, it should appear when running verifier and generate a dump file.

Ok I think I figured out my problem. After trying the driver verifier everything seemed ok. I noticed though that after my computer bsod'd, usually the boot up right after I would get an error screen that overclocking failed. I didn't realize that putting the settings to performance over normal or power saver on the bios screen would actually overclock some of my settings. When I changed it back to normal and clicked to save, there was quite a list of settings changed because of going from performance to normal. So far I haven't crashed yet even while playing games and I have been playing planet coaster which everyone seems to say that it puts quite the load on the cpu so I believe i should have crashed at least once if the crashes were still happening. Anyways just wanted to say thanks for helping me try to figure out my problem. I really do appreciated it.
