Getting BSOD with fresh windows install and updated drivers

PC freezes then restarts itself. I have tried running driver verifier but no driver error shows up then I used a program called BlueScreenView and two of the errors points to dxgkrnl.sys
I included a photo of the error.

Specs are
I9 10850k
Z590 UNIFY
3080 STRIX OC
32GB 4000mhz ram
750SFX Platinum PSU from Corsair

Meanwhile, please run MemTest86 for at least 8 passes (will require two runs) - Test RAM with PassMark MemTest86
