Fujitsu Lifebook S752 - Problems with FUJITSU Battery Charging Control Utility

After installing Windows 10 on a Lifebook S752 the following message appears:
fuji fuj02e3 or fujitsu system extension utility is missing. Please install the drivers again.

I installed the driver fuj02e3 from the support page and the system extension utility from another source. But nothing changed.

The drivers are displayed in the device manager.

I chose the easy way and removed the Fuji System Utility from the autostart folder.
