Freezing unless booted through BIOS, BSOD, M.2 SSD disappearing until restart, Ethernet stuttering only on PC

My specs are:
5900X
32GB DDR4 3600 mhz
ASRock X570 Taichi (BIOS is up to date but not updated recently)
EVGA FTW3 3080 10GB Ultra Hybrid
4TB WD HDD
1TB WD SATA SSD (Boot drive)
2TB Samsung 990 Pro M.2 SSD
Windows 10
Ethernet expansion card, which was installed to mitigate the wifi stuttering problem (did not fix)

I have been having several issues with each piling onto the last for months now, but I haven't been keeping count. While I've had some watchdog violation crashes throughout the history of this PC, they seem to have ramped up recently but are extremely inconsistent. I just had one hours ago after nothing for over a month, which was presumably after I shut it down through the menu and turned back on my PC and left to take a break, or during the shutdown itself (I don't exactly remember.) Now to the freezing issue.

A few months ago I decided I'd like to undervolt my PC to reduce power usage using PBO. Following this, my PC decided to start freezing not when under stress or anything, but more often than not while idling. It gets so bad at times that I can't even get past the login page, and other times it won't happen for hours. Increasing the numbers in PBO made the freezes go away temporarily, but it didn't fix it. Resetting BIOS settings did nothing, either. The most peculiar (and telling to the right people, I'm sure) part of this is that if I boot my pc into windows through BIOS, the freezing ceases entirely. I do not recall a time where it froze after booting it from BIOS. It does not fix any of the other problems, however. I have even tried booting windows off of a thumb drive to no avail. It still crashes. And reinstalling graphics drivers with DDU. My BIOS is already up to date. I found another thread with a potential solution for me, (basically not using my entire cpu, I may have just exceeded my warranty this month, so........) but I still don't know the cause of some of these other issues like the BSOD and disappearing SSD. The other thread is here: [SOLVED] - Freezing / BSOD while idle - DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION bugcheck 133 - FIX: I disabled C states in the BIOS

My WIFI has been spotty at best on my PC despite upgrading to a gigabit internet plan and the included router. Now, I'd blame this on my ISP, if it weren't for my brother's PC (of similar specs minus the gpu partner, mobo manufacturer, ram, and storage devices) not having any issues whatsoever with games stuttering, and nor does the rest of the household have these issues. My phone has had minor outages, but they are rare, so I am uncertain. It does not happen when streaming video content, or being in a call. Actually... as I'm writing this, it only really happens on Roblox. Maybe other games, like Marvel Rivals have better netcode that covers for this without me noticing? But anyways, at least when I am playing Roblox, there are several second freezes that happen quite routinely. I do believe these are worsened by having more internet usage on the computer. Before moving to ethernet, my WIFI would completely go out from time to time for upwards of 10 seconds. I do not recall if a major outage has happened recently or not, as my memory is rather hazy, but at the very least it is much more infrequent now. In order to fix the remaining stuttering issue, I purchased and installed a TP-Link 2.5GBps ethernet card to switch over to off of my motherboard. It seemed to have fixed it for a while, but then nothing changed really. If anyone has any ideas on what's even causing this, I'd like to know. I've switched slots and cables as well, as the old cable was broken and causing issues. Sometime I may try getting a new router.

As for the M.2 SSD disappearing issue, I have absolutely no clue what is happening with it. After some time of my system being powered on, files on it become inaccessible, shortly before (or sometimes never) the drive disappears entirely from my system. I don't know exactly, but I think it generally happens quicker if I'm playing a game on that drive. My PC doesn't even need to go to sleep and wake up for it to happen a lot of the time, either. Unless the screensaver counts. Could it be the SSD? It's the newest component of my system. The health check and S.M.A.R.T data show no issues, and I can't really do a health check when it's literally gone. It doesn't even print anything in the event viewer. Just failed attempts at accessing files on the drive. It happens so abruptly, or progressively, that I could be playing a game and all of a sudden it just freezes, or closes, and I just need to task manager it. Could it be my motherboard? It could be what's causing my freezing, BSODs, and WiFi issues, albeit unlikely. Could it be my CPU? Why would it not be having issues with other drives, at all? All that's certain is I'm going to make an attempt to move my important files off of it onto an external drive for now (yes, I procrastinated for like a month on doing this.)

If anyone could help me out here, that would be nice. Let me know if minidump files or anything are needed, I'm really tired and don't feel like digging through my entire file system right now...

Neglected to mention that for a while simply Alt+Entering OSU would just completely BSOD my PC, before not doing it anymore for no apparent reason. And sometimes I'll just do something random and a bluescreen rolls in. Or I'll leave it on overnight and it'll have a bluescreen. Or, I'll be playing a game and it just casually rolls in on my secondary monitor freezing my primary monitor and just chills there. Turn my PC on, instant BSOD (apparently that happened once, though I don't remember it. Just have it written down.) Most of these are watchdog or (if it even exists) memory violations, but I think I might've had a trusted advisor one or something? I'm not sure... I do have a few written down from a while ago, however. VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR twice in a row I think after playing RE2 Remake.

..................

The component store has been corrupted

What does this mean?
All of the internet adapters being disabled are because I don't want a bunch of open stuff on my computer for random programs I don't use.
What does the component store being corrupted mean? And I guess the drivers aren't installed for my microphone codex which could explain it randomly disconnecting and cutting out. By the way, it does indeed randomly disconnect despite the usb being in the port. Maybe it's similar to the SSD issue. Speaking of, I just was playing marvel rivals just now, and I saw red green and blue artifacts all over my screen for a split second and then the game closed, and now I can't access any folders or files on the SSD. Then, my discord asked me if I wanted to switch to a new High Definition Audio Device. Don't know why it did that, maybe something happened to cause something like my monitor to disconnect for a split second, or maybe a power thing? I'm at a loss tbh.

The disabled networking devices are unlikely be a problem, although it would be wiser to uninstall those networking products that you don't need. I can however see some potential issues here...
  • You have several networking security products installed; LogMeIn, SurfShark, and Malwarebytes. Although Malwarebytes is pretty tolerant I doubt the others are. I've no idea whether these tools may be getting in each other's way but they could be. Uninstalling LogMeIn and Surfshark would be my first suggestion (since they have disabled drivers). You can always reinstall them later if they are shown to not be involved.
  • Malwarebytes needs to be kept updated, some of the MBAM drivers are almost a year old now. Do check for updates to Malwarebytes.
  • I'm seeing errors in the logs for \Device\VBoxNetLwf, and since VirtualBox also has networking drivers disabled it may be wise to uninstall (or fix) VirtualBox. Again, you can always reinstall it later if it's shown to not be involved. The version of VBoxNetLwf.sys that you have installed is dated July 2021 and that's pretty old.
  • In the dumps I can also see the Riot Vanguard driver vgk.sys unloading. This driver is a well-known cause of BSODs, and whilst I have no evidence that it's causing your current problems it would be wise to uninstall Vanguard. I realise that you won't be able to play some games without it, but as a test this is important. Again, you can always reinstall it later if it proves not to be involved.
  • You do have some pretty old third-party drivers installed; zttap300.sys (Nov 2020), VBoxNetLwf.sys (Jul 2021) and ssdevfactory.sys (Sept 2020) are three I just happen to have noticed. There's no evidence that these are involved in your issues but old drivers are a known source of problems, it would be wise to look for updates to these - and all other third-party drivers.
The one dump that was uploaded (May 15th) is a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION caused by a cumulative time spent at an elevated IRQL. We'll need the kernel dump to analyse that, it's the file C:\Windows\Memory.dmp. If that file has a timestamp that's not 15th May then it's of no use to us. If it is dated 15th May please uploaded it to a cloud service with a link to it here. It will be large!

I'm not seeing a memory.dmp file in my windows folder, only in the minidump folder. Could it be that I disabled that as a feature trying to change something a while ago? I think I messed with some settings before.
By the way, even without the weird SSD behavior, yesterday my Marvel Rivals would have weird artifacting on the screen for a split second when loading new scenes. Not really sure if it happens in any other game or not. As for uninstalling all of the other stuff, sure, I'll do that, but I don't know if it'll even work. Most of my blue screens just happen at complete random as far as I'm aware and I have no real way to test. I just really wanna know why my SSD is disappearing tbh, could that be a cpu or mobo problem? Or a software issue?
Anyways, as for the dump file, I changed the settings on it for some reason several months ago, probably because someone or something told me to. I'll change it to a complete memory dump for now, disable deletion of it, clear up some space for it, and make sure to get back to you with it if my PC decides to bluescreen again. It might be another month, though...

Change the dump file type to Automatic memory dump and the dump file location to %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP. Ensure that the Overwrite any existing file box IS checked.

Talking of it being the SSD, I note that your system drive is the WDC SATA SSD, yet you have a Samsung 990 Pro NVMe SSD in the PC. I appreciate that the WDC is only 500GB and the 980 Pro is 2TB but that does seem a waste of the speed of an NVMe drive not using it for the system drive.

Anyway, run WD Drive Utilities from this link and run the drive diagnostics from there. If you can display the SMART data then post a screenshot here.

It's also worth downloading Samsung Magician and running diagnostics on the 990 Pro from there. Post the SMART data for that drive also.

What PSU do you have in there? Make, model, and power please.

I couldn't find an easy way to move my windows installation over to the NVMe drive, so I just gave up as my system works anyways. And the WD SATA SSD is 1 TB. By the way, at least the samsung has up to date drivers.
The PSU is a Corsair RM850x, 850 watts and is only around 1 or 2 years old. I had an old EVGA Supernova that failed on me.
I fixed my memory dump settings to what you said, thanks.

I have run diagnostics (only on the Samsung, of course) and viewed SMART data a few times through magician now. It says each drive has a good rating for each category, though I'm not sure if that's very informative so I'll use the tool you sent. I'll also do an extended SMART self-test in magician.
And I already seem to have run into a problem. I have downloaded WD Drive Utilities, but it seems I can only view the external hard drive which I use for backing up files. I suppose it's because they're both WD Blue drives? I see another tool on the page called "Kitfox," which lists Blue drives as supported. Kitfox is only picking up my hard drive, however. I guess it's just for hard drives.

The extended self test on the hard drive was uneventful.

So was the one on the SSD.

I'll attach the smart data exports here since it had a scroll so I couldn't screenshot it. Let me know if you think of anything else I could do or send.
