lol, I remember seeing one of those in person whilst hiking in Scotland a couple of years ago. I think it was at "Stone is Wet"

LOL... The guys at work made this 3x3' piece of plywood with dials and spinning arrows to forecast the weather. Anytime someone would ask what the weather was going to be for that day someone would spin the arrow to see where it landed. Wished I had a picture to post, but I don't.
