Flickering windows

Hi there,

It's now for sometime I'm experiencing flickering windows and browsers in windows 10 and once in a while its goes BSOD.
Very unstable computer.

I ran sfc /scannow and it seems that some manifest files are damaged.

Attached is the cbs log

I need help, please
