Failing to install Windows update since Feb 8000F922

Hi,

Since February I am unable to install Windows updates. The error code thrown is 8000F922. It undoes the changes at the restart. The following steps I have tried:

1. SFC: No corruptions
2. DISM: The store is healthy.
3. SFC Fix: See the logs below.
4. Updating manually: Still the same error.
5. Did a computer reset removing all apps: No change.

Side by side, I am also trying to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, that also fails as well. CBS Logs are attached.

Hi!

If Hyper-V role or IIS role is enabled, please disable them and retry.

Also, ensure that the machine is properly activated and not in trial mode.
