Hello,

I've been trying to update a Windows 7 PRO machine to Windows 10.. Without success.

First I got an error that was solved by increasing the size of the system partition, now I get the error SAFE_OS phase error during Replicate_OC operation.

I've tried uninstalling programs, uninstall network drivers, display drivers, sound drivers and still same error when the OS tries to install (I think it fails at around 15%, after the first reboot).

Removed USB devices (except KB+M).

I've ran DISM, SFC, checked the disk for errors and nothing fixed the issues..

Would appreciate any help.

Thx in advance..

(Edit: Attached the SDCFix log)

Hey there softwaremaniac

Tyvm for the reply..

I don't have access to the machine today..

I'll rerun the tests on Monday..

Have a good weekend..

Ok, so the solution was running a installation repair with the Win 7 PRO ISO..

For some reason I did not do that, until now..

After that, I tried the upgrade again, and the machine just booted in Win 10..

Tyvm for the time @softwaremaniac , and happy new year.
