Failed Update for my Win 10 Version 1803

Hello

my Win 10 version is 1803.

I've got problems since several days and it's always failed to update my win 10 for Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4343909).

I already trying DISM and SCF scan but it's still producing the same error and failed to update.

Please help me and many thanks.
