First I tried upgrading it via Windows Update, failed. Then I tried upgrading via the ISO, failed again with the error code 0x8007001F - 0x2000D. The error message is "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation". So I run the command sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /limitaccess, both failed. The SFC reports "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation" and the DISM reports "The configuration database is corrupted". Therefore I tried running the "SFCFix.exe" but it seems unwilling to quit... so sorry, no full log for SFCFix... Attached please find the CBS.zip and DISM.log file. Thanks.
