[SOLVED] failed to install cumulative updates on windows 2022 server

Hello team,
I have a server with Windows Server 2022 that has not installed cumulative updates for 3 months.
it installs other updates, but the cumulative one does not install.
I've already run sfc /scannow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, no error detected

hello everybody,
I solved the problem; I leave my solution here to help everyone who has this problem.
The solution is to update the OS, using the Windows 2022 ISO or the DVD to run the Windows installation from Windows, don't use the pen or the DVD too boot, this way you won't be able to save the files and apps. You must run from the Windows server to save the files and apps.
After run install, choose the first option, keep files and apps and proceed with the update, be patient, in the end the Windows update will work perfectly.
