Explorer not launching at startup after Win autoupdate

Hello, running windows 11 and after an auto update explorer doesnt launch at startup. Theres only a black screen and mouse. I can open task manager, open a directory on new task and navigate from there and eventually explorer will launch. Tried SFC/Scannow, no corrupted files, tried SFCFix no luck, reversed the update, updated again, updated drivers, tried system restore (no restore points created for some reason). Any help would be appreciated.
