Didn't care for either one and uninstalled them. I also downloaded a simple right click program to uninstall programs that is how I uninstalled XyPlorer. Well I went to go to access a file from my C Drive and I constantly get an eror C:\ Application Not Found I try to go into control Panel and I get Explorer.exe Application not found I tried checking for updates I get an error with a bunch of numbers. Seems that any location I try to get is not working. I ran Sfc /Scannow Results: I run Dism clean image and also got a similiar error. Logs attached. I also ran the sysnative SFCFix and that did not help. Tried to do a system restore without luck either... Hoping someone can help me out here. Attachments dism.log 122.9 KB · Views: 7

All good now.

I would suggest in the future to leave Windows Explorer alone and use a 3rd party file manager like Altap Salamander. When "Run as Administrator", Altap takes you places inside your system that Windows Explorer never would dare. It balks at Hidden Files, Super Hidden Files, etc... all of the places that Explorer tries to make off-limits to you. It is not free. I have been using it since 2008 in lieu of Windows Explorer for most tasks. It even has a registry interface. Try it out! http://www.altap.cz/salamander/downloads/ The only time I use Windows Explorer these days is when images are involved. I like the extra large thumbs. But altap offers small icons; just not large ones.

Everything I wanted to use was pretty much rendered useless. Testing out Altap now, I like the dual pane view, which is convenient as I am always copying files. Thanks.
