I´m getting back to the Desktop which is `reloading´. (It´s acting like I´m starting the computer). The last files i renamed were reset. This really annoys me!! Please help!!! Thanks! I´m using a HP Pavilion 15 Touchsmart with Win 8.1 and the newest 8.1 update.

The only programs that were in the background was a music player and iTunes and of course the Explorer. :/ Im actually never using the explorer under a so long time so i've never seen this before. The only thing i actually do is looking for some Pics or downloads.

Please perform the following steps to generate one: Download ProcDump tool. Extract the downloaded archive to C:\ProcDump directory. Open an elevated Command Prompt by right-clicking on CMD.EXE shortcut in your start menu and selecting Run As Administrator from the context menu. Type the following command: Code: C:\ProcDump\ProcDump.exe -e -ma explorer C:\ProcDump Compress the DMP file, which was newly created in C:\ProcDump directory. Upload the compressed file to a file sharing service (e.g. OneDrive or DropBox). Share the download link here. Thank you.

Could you please removing Bluetooth related applications using Control Panel and then download/install the latest Bluetooth drivers from you computer manufacturer page?
