Hi all
I am suddenly getting an error message when running a program (in this case, Adobe Acrobat):
After searching online it seems that the DLL file may have been corrupted by malware, so I have run Malaware Bytes and some other cleaning software and then run sfc /scannow, but this scans to 100% then produces the following error message:
This happens even if I reboot into Safe Mode and try SFC from there. The resultant log file is very long - I've put it up here. There seem to be a lot of corrupted files.
I picked up the link to SysNative here, where someone seemed to be having a similar problem. I tried to use SCFFix, as suggested there, but it crashed on the final step. Log file:
I would be very grateful for advice on next steps!

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.
