error while upgarde Windows 7 to windows 10 0x8007001F – 0x20006

Hello *.*,
i´ve trouble while upgrading Window 7 64 to Windows 10. A fresh installation is not suitable, because I need specific software that I cannot reinstall.
Please take into account, I am not a native English speaker. I understand everything, but to write I need some help from google translate ;-)
What´s happened and what I have tried :
- I did all Windows updates
- I did all possible driver updates
- I've detached unneeded hardware
- I uninstalled unnecessary software. (Antivirus, OpenVPN)
- i took the Windows-10-update-assistent andn run in an error: 0x8007001F – 0x20006
- i´ve run the System Update Readiness tool, retry Windows-10-update-assistent and get in the same error: 0x8007001F – 0x20006
- i´ve run sfc /scannow without an error
- i´ve re run System Update Readiness tool
- i´ve run SFCFix.exe (see attached logfile)

Now i´m at the end of my knowledge and need support. I would be glad, if someone could advise me.

Hello,

with the help of these great Tutorial (How to fix Windows Update errors using DISM (DISM.log) or the System Update Readiness Tool / SURT (CheckSUR.log) ), I was able to fix 216 of 218 errors.

This is the current output from SFCFix after rerun the System Update Readiness tool:

Not using a script file.
