Error in my windows update : WindowsUpdate_800F0900 WindowsUpdate_dt000

I dunno what happen in my computer. One day the windows update is working well, then while I was updating, I accidentally unplug my extension that cause my computer to turn off. Then when I started to check for updates, it doesn't work and always say this kind of message. : WindowsUpdate_800F0900 WindowsUpdate_dt000. I hope you can help me.
