Error Code 800B0100 windows 7 Pro 64bit update failed!

Can anyone please help! I'm running out of option in every web forum for windows 7 Pro 64bit OS troubleshooting my windows update error code. My computer is not letting me install the update. Everytime I try updating. It just comes back with Error Code 800B0100. I'm not a computer programmer expert so I don't really know much about what's causing the issue other using whatever tool from the webs to find out what it is but non of them seems to find any problems after a complete computer scan for file error or corruption. I try Sfc/scannow and that didnt' find anything wrong and system toolbox repair and still found nothing thats causing the problem. Now I'm attempting to upload this chcksur.log thing here. I hope that someone that's very knowledgeable about these thing here can help me fix this windows update error thing, please! I would really appreciate that a lot.

Follow the instructions below to run a SFC scan on your system and to provide the CBS log in your next reply;
  • On Windows Vista & 7, click on the Windows Start Menu, then enter cmd in the search box, right-click on the cmd icon and select
    Spcusrh.png
    Run as Administrator
  • On Windows 8, drag your cursor in the bottom-left corner, and right-click on the metro menu preview, then select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • On Windows 8.1, right click on the Windows logo in the bottom-left corner and select Command Prompt (Admin);
  • Enter the command below and press on Enter;
    Code: 
    sfc /scannow
    Note: There's a space between "sfc" and "/scannow";
  • Once the scan is complete, enter the command below and press on Enter

  • A file called cbs.txt will have appeared on your Desktop. Upload the file on Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive and post the download URL for it here;
Note: Please note that the CBS.log is volatile, which means that if you don't upload it after the SFC scan is completed, it won't contains the information from the scan anymore. So archive it and upload it as soon as you can.

This time it says that the scan found and fix the problem...before it couldn't find any file corruption til now. I'm gonna give this one more try of installing the windows 10. These two error is what's keeping the windows 10 pro from completing the installation: At First error I got CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT first attempt of installing the windows. Then on the second attempt this pop out MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION. Please help!
