Error attempting to do upgrade of Server 2008 R2 to 2008 R2 DataCenter with DISM

Trying to upgrade this 2008 R2 Standard to DataCenter with DISM command "DISM /Online /Set-Edition:ServerDataCenter /ProductKey:74YFP-3QFB3-KQT8W-PMXWJ-7M648". It gets to 8% and fails. I've attached the CBS.log, if anyone would be willing to help? It's not a DC, so I think that command should work?
