Error 9C59 downloading IE11

I tried downloading IE11 through Windows Update, but it gives me error 9C59. I tried a manual 64 bit installer via Download Internet Explorer 11 (64-Bit) from Official Microsoft Download Center and it told me installation was successful, restart computer. I restart, and I open IE>help>about, it says I still have IE10

My logs tell me I have 1021 errors, all being CSI missing development keys. Anyway to fix this? My CBS folder was really large, so I told the CBSpersist files out.

Ahh, hang on. Just realised that this wasn't my original post ! Just coincidence that you are having exactly the same error as me, and you'd posted to the Not received help post ! (Which I'm subscribed to)
