My in-house streaming server has been failing to process 1-2 updates every time I attempt to run Windows Update. Currently, the two updates that are erroring are: KB4480970 and KB2952664. I've tried just about every possible common fix available online (although I've refrained from running scripts customized for others), and if it was my main system, I'd be a little on the desperate side, as none of them seem to have done much.
While SURT and SFC didn't do much for me, it looks like there are quite a few 'corrupted' files that SFCFix was spotting.
Here's the SFCFix log file:
SFCFix version 3.0.1.0 by niemiro.

And the CBS folder (and associated zip file generated from it) is absolutely massive. The zip was around 95mb, mostly due to some rather large CBSpersist cabinet files (which are up to 600mb each when fully uncompressed). Here's a google drive link to the zip file.
I've been trying to fix this thing for probably a year, so any help I can get on this front will be greatly appreciated.
