I have tried reinstalling the game, verifying game cache, updating graphic drivers, installing latest c++ directx and everything that i know of.
I know i am pretty low on specs but i am sure it has nothing to do with specs.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please post your system spec

if you type it in search, click on it to open it
if you type it in run it opens automatically when you click OK

when it opens
after it has all loaded

1. PLEASE accept my sincere apologies for not replying to you sooner. Some how I did not receive notification of your reply.

2. I only found it as I was about to sign off at 0300hrs I am in the UK.

3. I have had a quick look and as you know, the problem with the Tomb Raider unable to start is just ONE of a whole list of problems

4. It will take sometime to go through these.

5. One of the issues I notice is that the Drive E, although it is NOT the drive partition you have Tomb Raider installed on, as that is D -
Drive E or partition E is desperately low on free space
Drive E:
Description Local Fixed Disk
Compressed No
File System NTFS
Size 156.25 GB (167,772,155,904 bytes)
Free Space 9.29 GB (9,979,109,376 bytes)
Volume Name New Volume
Volume Serial Number 4EACDE4E

6. What is on E please.

7. I think it will be of help if you would attach please the results of this
https://www.sysnative.com/apps/SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe

Run the app - Double-click on the downloaded EXE file
Please note that the app averages just a few minutes to run on most systems; other systems - it my take as long as 10-15 minutes to run. Please be patient. You'll notice on your Taskbar that there are numerous CMD screens. This is normal as the app runs Windows EXE files, custom batch script files as well as custom VBS script files and each one requires its own CMD prompt (screen).
The app auto-zips the SysnativeFileCollectionApp output folder. It is located in your Documents folder.

Windows Explorer should open and highlight the zipped folder upon completion of the app

Attach the ZIP file please to your reply.
PLEASE send it as the ZIP not as a RAR.

8. Once again my apologies for my late reply.

1. Sir no need to apologise i know you have other work to do.

2.Is low space on E the culprit? if it is then i can free it up as there are no important files there, just a bunch of other games and stuff.

3.I have attached the file as requested. Can you please explain what did it do?

Thanks again for helping me on this.

I do not think the lack of space on E drive is the problem in this instance, as you were using D drive (partition)
However the lack of space is a problem, in respect of the general efficient use of that E drive.
You must aim for an absolute minimum of 10% of the total capacity.

The
I have attached the file as requested. Can you please explain what did it do?
simply collected extensive specs and a lot of other data from your computer, such as crash dumps, events - errors, warnings, etc., whilst using the system, ram data, drive data, and that is only a few aspects.
I will examine it sometime later in the day and expect to reply about 2200 UK time. It is now 1417 UK time.

Thank you for your understanding regarding my lateness in replying. I cannot plead work, it was the filter on my emails, notifications were going in spam.

I have examined the report I asked for
I have a slight doubt, that your Windows Ultimate is fully licensed to be on that system
I may be wrong.
To eliminate any doubt please follow this

Please download the MGADiag tool
Please run the MGA Diagnostic Tool and post back the report it creates:

  • Download MGADiag to your desktop.
  • Double-click on MGADiag.exe to launch the program
  • Click "Continue"
  • Ensure that the "Windows" tab is selected (it should be by default).
  • Click the "Copy" button to copy the MGA Diagnostic Report to the Windows clipboard.
  • Paste the MGA Diagnostic Report back here in your next reply.

Hi!

SFC Scan

  1. Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    sfc /scannow

Wait for this to finish before you continue

    copy %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log "%userprofile%\Desktop\cbs.txt"
  4. This will create a file, cbs.txt on your Desktop. Please attach this to your next post.

Cheers
Tried to send you a message but out of quota
