Thank you so much for welcoming me on here..

I am in dilemma with my laptop and that's the reason I am here.

I run a windows 10 pro on my acer laptop but since my online upgrade from windows 8.1 to 10 I haven't enjoyed the laptop a bit, so I decided to do a clean installation of windows 10 pro and that was where my problem started, I haven't been able to activate my windows 10 pro. I get an error of we cannot connect to your workplace server or some sort. I tried to look into my protection service settings and I realized it wouldn't start no matter how hard I try.

Now I was advised to reinstall and I have reinstalled windows more than 6 times already still the same, I saw some forum which adviced to use the sfcscannow, nothing worked, I was later adviced to use DISM and later to specify where to restore health from and it's been all to no avail.

And here I am on your forum, at your mercy.

Please help me cos I am depressed and tired of these saga already I couldn't even fix it with showing it where to go for the fix it's still the same square one or let me say square zero.

Please help me. Here's the latest error message I'm getting..
