The Activation request is a Sockets error - What AV are you using?? What other AV's have ever been installed? Try opening an Elevated Command Prompt, and run the following command NETSH WINSOCK RESET you'll be advised to reboot - do so, and try again. Click to expand... Hi NoelDP, first of all, Thanks for your time and help. As AV i am using "Microsoft Security Essential". The 4.11.13 I installed "Kaspersky Security Scan", hoping that i just got a Virus and could resolve this update Problem of mine (which i had for the last 3 months). But it found nothing... After that i kicked it from autostart. Apart from those i never had any other type of AV installed. _____________________ Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. Alle Rechte vorbehalten.
