I'm consistently receiving a 0x8007054f error when trying to apply KB5031364. I have attempted an SFC & DISM, as well as an automatic mode scan (no script file) of SFCFix to no avail. This error seems to persist regardless of if I'm applying via windows update, or manually via MSU.
In addition to the above, I have rebuilt my system tokens, reactivated the OS and have followed Microsoft's recommended troubleshooting steps.
