Error 0X800703F1 After attempt 1st Backup

After attempting an initial backup to an external Hard-drive I got the error message 0X800703F1. I'd ordered a system backup and All default Windows backup files except Google Drive and Dropbox. attached are Snip copies of the messages and of my system information.
