Error 0x80070246

Hi,

I am using windows 10 home on a Beelink mini PC which I bought 4 days ago. Two of the cumulative updates can't be completed with below errors;

2020-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 (KB4534132) - Error 0x80070246

2020-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4549951) - Error 0x80070246

I have tried so many ways which are described in various sites including windows official support but couldn't fix.

Hope you can help me here.

Hi,
Couldn't test the RAM.

1. Downloaded the MemTest86 to a USB drive. (however I could only create the file with .img extension, didn't allow me to create file with .iso extension)
2. Entered the boot menu and select the option USD Stick.
   • However it didn't work and same selection screen kept coming back instantaneously.
   • Then disabled the fast boot as advised and restarted... Didn't work
   • Then tried to enable CSM but this option is not available on my bios.

That's what happened to me and I can't do the test.

Can you please advise what can I do next?

I run windows RAM diagnostics and found out that I have a problem.... I will request a return...
