I have run all kinds of scans and what not and it gives me error codes rather than success or failure messages. I have gone through all the steps and attached whatever was referenced by your instructions or the error messages I received. I hope someone can figure out how to fix what is wrong. Thank you in advance for your time! Attachments CBS.zip 40.7 KB · Views: 1 dism.log 147.3 KB · Views: 0

Leave this running while you perform the next steps. 2. Try installing the update just like you have in the past. 3. Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the magnifying glass on the toolbar. 4. Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine. 5. Zip up and attach the LogFile.PML file as well as your CBS.log

I attached a link to the onedrive. I stopped it after 5 minutes as it was repeating the same thing over and over and Windows Update wouldn't even finish initializing. Another thing that happened is I am pretty sure our graphic card is dying. Not sure if they could be linked in anyway but we are having issues with our displays. Thanks, Chris Attachments CBS (2).zip 18.6 KB · Views: 0
