error (0x80004002)

hi when i try to update it say (0x80004002) it happen for multiple years.
i did stuff like sfcfix and frst64 but none work. i also did stuff like dism. i didnt really realize that it wasn't updating until a month now. pls help me. also i cant run a game i bought called geometry dash on steam. pls help

i tried all the solutions from the thread [SOLVED] - Windows Update, sfc & dism not working, Windows 10 22H2 x64 (10.0.19045.4412) and it doesnt work.

also the spekific updates are
June 25, 2024-KB5040370 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 - Microsoft Support
and
April 8, 2025—KB5055518 (OS Builds 19044.5737 and 19045.5737) - Microsoft Support

also i did stuff like free malwarebytes virus scan and it removed all of it so it not virus

Download the

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:

Download the 64 bit version: - Farbar Recovery Scan Tool Link

• Download the attachment fixlist.txt and save it to your desktop.
• Right-click on FRST.exe and select "Run as administrator".
• Press the Fix button.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally.
• When finished, a log called Fixlog.txt will appear in the same directory the tool is run from.
• Post the logfile Fixlog.txt as attachment in your next reply.

Hi,

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
