Erreur lors de la MAJ de Windows update Windows11

Bonjour,
Je viens d’acheter un portable asus et lors de la mise à jour par windows update de ma version 22H2 vers 23H2, j’ai constaté une erreur de téléchargement 0x802248007 et sur la MAJ de NETFramework 3.5 une erreur d’installation 0x800700c1.

J’ai donc suivi vos conseils et ai lancé

Puis exporté le dossier CBS (que j’ai compréssé)

Merci de me dépanner car pour un ordi neuf c’est bizarre , je n’avais jamais eu ce problème.

Step 1. Download

SFCFix and save it to your desktop.

Warning: This fix was written specifically for this system. Do not run this fix on another system.

• Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
• Download the attachment SFCFix.zip and save it to your desktop.
• Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the SFCFix.exe executable and release it.

• SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
• Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
• Post the logfile (SFCFix.txt) as attachment in your next reply.

Step 2. Run the following DISM command and post the result. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS log.

DISM /online /cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
