There are occasional clicking sounds in my audio, especially when switching youtube videos.
I do also have hitches/microstutters with severity depending on the game.
So heres what ive done to troubleshoot
-clean windows 11 install including all updates
-high performance in the power settings
-installed chipset drivers
-tested ram stability with prime95 and memtest86 over 6 hours
-disabled various drivers in device manager
-switched from 750watt psu to 1000 platinum
-disconnect the cable to the front USB
-disconnect all sata cables to my SSD and HDD with only an NVME currently in use
-reflashed latest bios.
-Installed latest audio and network drivers from my motherboards manufacturers page.
-DDU'ED my GPU drivers
-im also running an APC surgearrest to filter any EMFI interference or voltage spikes issues.
