Dump file creation failed due to error during dump file creation

Hi. I have been getting an errorless blue screen. My laptop freezes for like 5 to 30 seconds, then the blue screen comes up and immediately after that, the system restarts.

I have checked the event viewer and this is the error:
Dump file creation failed due to error at dump file creation error.

I have checked different forums and different methods for solving this issue.

From the suggestions that I got online, I have already done:
  • I have update (reinstalled the latest version) my BIOS.
  • I have tried to check windows for corrupted or missing files and I didn't really get anything out of it.
  • I also have installed a new Windows 10 pro. I formatted (the quick way) and deleted all the previous drives on my SSD and HDD.
  • I didn't have any clean-up software on my previous windows and I do not have any on this windows either.
I just want to add that there was some errors when I wanted to repair windows and fix corrupted files which I do now have the error right now. I'm also not sure if it even matters because I have installed a brand new windows.

The blue-screen happens too often. It doesn't seem to have any specific pattern. Sometimes it crashes when I'm using the laptop, sometimes when it's just idly open. It sometimes crashes after like 20 hours of being on and sometimes right after the windows loads.

I also did some dust-cleaning on the laptop waaaay before the crashes started happening. Is it possible that this is happening because I messed something up inside the laptop? Again, the cleaning was done about 6 or 7 months ago. The crashes have been happening for about a month now.

· Exact model number: ASUS FX553VE-FY443


Is there any way I can fix this issue?

I can't see any evidence within your event logs of any bugchecks being produced. What do you mean by blue screen? I ask because some users have mistaken the recovery error screen as a BSOD. Nevertheless, I would suggest doing a clean boot and then testing your RAM using MemTest86 - Test RAM with PassMark MemTest86

Please ensure that you do two runs of four passes.
