Recently I have noticed some issues with my audio interface. When playing any audio it cracks, pops, drops, static, ect.

I ran LatencyMon and found that some of the causing drivers are:
USBPORT.sys
ataport.sys
ndis.sys
(I will attach screen shot for rest)

i never seemed to experience this until recently, I cant think of any major changes in my system. I updated the latest AMD drivers including USB and it still persists.

This issue seems to be very hard to pinpoint. I am trying to find the root cause of this so I can correct it. I am unsure if it is hardware or software related.

Any help or advice that may make the process of finding a solution quicker would be appreciated!

Processor AMD A6-3670 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 2700 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB

System is using a USB 2.0 interface for audio

I have also tried messing with the power management settings disabling some of the drivers, and I have the latest BIOS

I have tried disabling some drivers but the issue still remains, It seems that I have a high spike every minute or so, I have had spikes over 19000 us and the hard page faults can get high, the Highest ISR routine exeucation and dpc routine are staying within the green under 2000 though. Makes me wonder what is cuasing it if the drivers are within the proper limit. Could it be a combination of drivers?

I was also wondering if the Power Supply Unit could cause high DPC, possibly it is not powerful enough? I am running a 450 watt
