6144 kilobyte tertiary memory cache
64-bit ready
Multi-core (4 total)
Hyper-threaded (8 total)

Board: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. GL752VW 1.0
Bus Clock: 100 megahertz
UEFI: American Megatrends Inc. GL752VW.303 04/29/2019

The BIOS is the latest available.

I have latency issues. I have run latencymon and it's advising me that I have problems with the following
Wdf01000.sys - kernal mode driver framework runtime, ms corp, and ndis.sys ms corp
I don't really know what it's talking about. I have my wifi adaptor disabled, and ,my laptop is set up for music production according to this guide https://www.sweetwater.com/sweetcare/articles/pc-optimization-guide-for-windows-10/
I know my OS is not the most current for W10, but the current updates are not available for my laptop: according to the update section of windows: an issue with the graphics card.

Can someone give me some suggestions?
Thanks
Kwisj

Hi Kwisj,

I just wanted to let you know that I merged your threads to prevent any confusion.

Hi
well after some messing around, I got windows updated to the latest version: I had to do it manually. I updated the videocard too. I used the intel update utility: it told me my WLAN and Bluetooth driver needed updating. Did that. My Realtek LAN adapter was from 2015, but the utility said it was up to date... I disabled my LAN adapter, and things got much better. I then went to my realtek LAN adapter card in device manager and tried to update: it said it had the best driver installed. I went to the Realtek website, and downloaded the driver for my adapter, installed it and now I've got a driver from 2016!!! However, now I run latencymon and things are a bit better, but now it's talking about only this Wdf01000.sys - kernal mode driver framework runtime, ms corp. The NDIS issue has gone away. Any one got any ideas?
Cheers Kwisj
