DPC latency issues causing video and audio stutter.

Hello. Over the last week there have been stutters and jumps in audio and frames on my PC. Wasn't sure what it was so I installed and ran LatMon.

The issue seams to be storport.sys

I've gone through various threads on it but none with answers to my problem. The issue can't be power, that hasn't been changed in ages, its not a new PC. I don't think I can disable RAID (suggested in one of the threads) as I need it to maintain a backup on my HDD's. I've had RAID working in the past with no issues to audio or frames.

mug there are any suggestions you can give I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Here are some screencaps of LatencyMon

CONCLUSION
_
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:03:20 (h🇲🇲ss) on all processors.
