DPC latency causing stutter(i think)

im having some huge stuttering in games, most of times i have locked 60 fps and unlocked 100+ in most of games, but the games still stutter, so i donwloaded latency monitor to see some info but i have no experience, someone can help me? bought this pc recently and im afraid some malfunction

rtx 2070 super
ryzen 5 3600
2x8gb 3000mhz
b320 asus motherboard
cooler master elite v3 600w PSU
