DPC Latency, been trying to solve for over a month

Hey, I recently built a new computer, installed windows 10 x64 (I tried windows 7/8.1 as well, it makes no difference) and I'm getting a decent amount of DPC latency which is causing my audio and video to not sync properly.

I've tried everything I can think of to fix this DPC latency issue. I've downloaded all the latest drivers and updates, I've RMA'd two different motherboards. I've ran xperf traces that seem to point to dxgkrnl.sys, Wdf01000.sys, ndis.sys, storport.sys as well as a couple others as well. I'll post the xperf trace here if someone is willing to look at it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this has been a big nuisance for me.

If the issue occurs only when using a wireless Internet connection for streaming (video or gaming), what wireless device are you using? [Strangely enough, some have found relief using the perfect-match older driver, rather than a brand-new generic driver provided by Windows 10 setup]

If the issue occurs under many circumstances (not just streaming), by any chance do you have an ASUS motherboard, and nVidia graphics? [For some ASUS boards, there are some perhaps-too-fancy motherboard utilities that can cause latencies. For the nVidia graphics, some find relief in altering the advanced settings within the latest driver to "performance" rather than "quality".

I haven't seen this issue on any of my customers computers yet, but most of what I've seen mentioned in the forums tends to tilt toward problematic network drivers.

If you've already found a solution, let us know (I'm sure others would benefit from your discovery)...
