DOTNet Framework installation error on window 10

how are you, hope doing well
last day i installed windows 10 Enterprise 64bit, i tried to install software that asked for DotNet Framework 2, i tried to install it but failed
i tried to enable it by command prompt by following command
Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:D:sourcessxs /LimitAcces but got error 14003
An error occurred – Microsoft-Windows-NetFx3-OnDemand-Package Error: 0x800736b3
Error: 14003
The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.


tried gpedit.msc to enable specific settings for optional component installation and component repair

but it also didn't helped

also tried to turn windows features on or off but failed

I had tried mostly all solutions but unable to install DOT netframework on window 10 please help i am frustrated
 
What program is it that requires that older version of .NET? Check on the support website for the program in question, and see if they list Windows 10 compatibility.

In the meantime, go to Control Panel, select Programs & Features, click on "Turn Windows features on or off" (a blue-underlined link), & if you see the .NET Framework 3.5, select the option to enable it. The .NET Framework 3.5 includes the 2.0 framework.

If you don't see any .NET items in Programs & Features, I imagine you could visit the Microsoft Downloads center and download 3.5 from there ... making sure to get the version that matches your system (64 bit).
