howdy, i've been at this for a couple of days, recently i BSOD'd while installing a game on steam. after i had some sort of disk error which wouldn't allow me to boot so i did "Reset this PC" > "Keep personal files". it had seemed to work until i tried to install genshin impact which caused a "pnrpnsp.dll" error saying it wasn't designed to run on Windows or that it contained an error! following this i received advice (per google) to run "sfc /scannow" in my command prompt with admin and to also attempt it in safemode, that also didn't work... after that i googled more advice saying to use "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth". this only returned an "Error 87" message along with "Cleanup-image option is unknown." after this, i've been very unsure of what steps to take next... i've been looking at logfiles, trying to understand and make sense of any of it but i just don't know what to do! my OS build is 19041.1165, version 2004 of Windows 10 Home. here's the log file as well, i am in your care
