DISM RestoreHealth gives The restore operation completed successfully, but at 84.9% stops.

Hi
Can anyone help solve this issue please?
Also I ran DISM /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup and it only got to 20% and said the operation completed successfully.
Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.19041.264]

I tried the equivalent command in Powershell and it seems ok. Maybe it's a bug, if anyone else gets this, please let me know. Thanks

Hi!

Startcomponentcleanup should not be run as it can cause problems down the road if you need to troubleshoot updates.

Was this a clean install?

DISM is showing at 84.9% "The operation completed successfuly"

Did you find a solution to fix the DISM that only at 84.9% finishes? I formatted my PC and it is still there. Every software can not detect the problem and says it is all ok.

Then this is clearly a bug if it completes successfully but stops at 84.9%. I thought it failed.
