dism fails

i can't start my windows
i tried to ran dism, but stopped at 4.5%, error 4448 The WOF driver encountered a corruption in the compressed file's resource table

sfc also fails

no possible to use restore point

safe mode does not load, only livecd and winpe

problem is:
booting - restoring - reboot - restoring

chkdsk finished without errors

srt.log
problem: bootres.dll

DISM was should be solution, but some thing going wrong
