Open an elevated command prompt and run the following command. Attach Dirlist.txt to your next post.

dir /s /a %systemroot%\WinSxS\amd64_dual_mchgr.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.22621.1_none_b05bad2085726d62 > "%userprofile%\Desktop\Dirlist.txt"
