DISM Error 4448 (Sev)

Hi... I need help, although I've read the thread of Tcookie and Admin X BlueRobot about this error which solved, but I'm not sure if those code are preferably fitted on my COMPONENTS AND CBS LOG which admin is asking to see what is in it, so I'm making my own thread hoping Adming X BlueRobot notices me for my own thread in COMPONENT AND CBS.
