Checking the installation log, someone said that the problem is "DISM"

Capture Process Monitor Trace

You will need to run Process Monitor.
Start Process Monitor just before you run DISM using Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth from Command Prompt.
Stop Process Monitor as soon as it fails. You can simply do this by clicking the square (CTRL + E) on the toolbar as shown below.

Select the File menu...Save... and save the file to your desktop. This is likely the default location. The name (unless changed) will be LogFile.PML. This is fine.
Zip up and provide the link to the LogFile.PML file. Examples of services to upload to are Dropbox or OneDrive or SendSpace.

Could you please check and see if you have any CBS persist logs?

C:\Windows\Logs\CBS

They'll have a name like CbsPersist_20220114094452 and will be .cab file. Preferably, please provide all the logs within the specified folder.

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find much from the CBS log and the Procmon trace. My only suggestion at the moment would be to attempt a repair install as you did before, but using an .ISO which is for your Windows 10 version, I've uploaded a copy to my OneDrive account since the .ISO file isn't available from Microsoft unless you have a direct download link, please see here - Windows 10 2004 x64 - Italian.zip
