DISM error 2 sfc won't fix corupted files

I have tried using sfc tool to fix corrupted windows files but won't fix them. DISM tool will not run and gives me error 2, I did get it to run under troubleshooting boot then got to about %53 with a WOF 4443 error. Windows upgrade will not finish aborts with an error saying it can not complete. I have spent many hours/days trying to fix this need some expert help.

Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop:
